一、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成（Structural Formation）

      新型的機器人第七軸由一個的高強度的結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接構(gòu)成并經(jīng)過精密加工，直線導(dǎo)軌和斜齒輪齒條都經(jīng)過硬化和研磨處理，標配的APEX行星齒輪箱可搭配多種廠家伺服馬達、伺服電機，移動拖鏈可集成在基本模塊上。

      The new robot 7th-axis consists of a modular high-strength structural welding sections. Guide rail and helical gears and racks are through hardening and grinding processing,

standard type APEX planetary gear box can assort with all kinds of servo motor, cable-track can be integrated in the basic module.        

二、功能優(yōu)點（Features and benefits）

（1）定制化行程。第七軸可以根據(jù)客戶需要進行擴展至30M。

        Customized travel. According to the customer requirement the 7th axis can be extended to 30 m.    

（2）安裝靈活，精度高。第七軸可以使用可調(diào)節(jié)的地腳螺栓安裝在地面上，這使得在凹凸不平的地面以及其他如線路和管道等不利于安裝的空間能夠快速安裝并確保其精確度。

        Flexible installation, high precision. The 7th axis is bolted to the ground by using adjustable floor-mounting elements. This ensures a fast and accurate installation and allows for uneven ground as well as obstacles such

as wiring and tubing.

（3）安全性高。第七軸設(shè)置了限位開關(guān)，增加了機械安全限位機構(gòu)防止關(guān)節(jié)機器人意外脫軌，確保機器運行安全可靠。

        High safety. In the 7th axis has set the limit switch and added the mechanical safety limit to prevent the accidental derailment of the articulate robot and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the robot.

（4）綠色環(huán)保。第七軸軸上可裝配導(dǎo)軌風(fēng)琴護罩，防塵無污染，便于維護保養(yǎng)。

        Environmental Protection. On the 7th axis we can assemble with organ shield for guide rail, dust prevention and

non-pollution, easy maintenance.

        單根總長度7M,行程約6M ( single length 7m, travel 6m)
