摘要:針對(duì)一種最新研制成功的新型直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)沖壓機(jī),為了準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量它的瞬態(tài)沖力,對(duì)采用的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)標(biāo)定。對(duì)于動(dòng)態(tài)標(biāo)定所得的結(jié)果,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)法計(jì)算整個(gè)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的頻率特性。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明所建立的數(shù)學(xué)模型是有效的,而且動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)能夠用于開發(fā)過程中樣機(jī)的負(fù)荷測(cè)試以及定型產(chǎn)品的性能檢測(cè)。

Abstract:In order t0 exactly detect the transient impulsion of the hove1
punch driven by linear motor,the dynamic demarcation has proceeded in the
computer aided detecting system.The system identification method is used to calculate the~equency performance of the whole testing system according to the results obtained by the dynamic demarcation.The results show that the built mathematic model is effective,and the detecting system can be used in the sample machines under development and pe rformance test of finished products.
