摘要：通過對ASFA306并條機機械結(jié)構(gòu)的介紹，分析了并條機控制系統(tǒng)的工藝要求，設(shè)計了基于可編程控制器、變頻器、人機界面的控制系統(tǒng)，提高了控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性。變頻調(diào)速啟動平穩(wěn)，調(diào)速方便。采用觸摸屏，實現(xiàn)人機對話，設(shè)有故障顯示功能，利于迅速排除故障，提高機器運轉(zhuǎn)率。 關(guān)鍵詞：并條機；可編程序控制器；變頻器；人機界面 [b][align=center]The application of PLC in the control system of ASFA306 type drawing machine ZHU Long·biao’，W ANG Chang·guo ，ZHANG Xing·guo’ （1．Mechanical Engineering College of Nantong University，Nantong 226007，China； 2．Haian Textile Machinery Co，LTD，Nantong，226007，China）[/align][/b] Abstract：After introducing the structure of ASFA306 type drawing machine，the required processes of control system are analyzed．And the control system composed of PLC，tmnsducer and man—machine interface is designed．In this way the reliability of control system is improved greatly．The transducer has the peculiarities of starting stabilization and timing convenience． Using interface realizes man—machine conversation．The function of malfunction display is favorable to eliminate the errors rapidly．More it can increase the application of machine． Key words：drawing machine；PLC；transducer；man—machine interface 0 概述 并條是棉紡生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵工序之一，并條的質(zhì)量好壞直接影響成紗質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣。并條的主要任務(wù)有3個：（1）改善長片斷均勻度，充分混合纖維；（2）使條子拉長拉細(xì)，改善棉條內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)；（3）卷裝成形，便于后道工序的加工⋯。并條機是完成該工序的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。 所開發(fā)的ASFA306型并條機繼承了FA306機型的特點， 設(shè)計目標(biāo)為2眼輸出， 輸出速度148-600m/min，總牽伸倍數(shù)4.18-13.5。在并條機控制系統(tǒng)中采用目前控制領(lǐng)域先進(jìn)、普遍的可編程序控制器（PLC）進(jìn)行控制，采用變頻器技術(shù)實現(xiàn)輸出速度的調(diào)節(jié)，使用觸摸屏技術(shù)進(jìn)行人機信息交互對話。該機型并條機適用于20～76mm的棉、棉型化纖及中長纖維的純紡與混紡，各紡紗品種末并條干均能獲得高質(zhì)量的棉條。 [b][align=center]詳細(xì)內(nèi)容請點擊： PLC在ASFA306型并條機系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用[/align][/b]
