　　Responsible for the preparation of product testing process and testing process documents

　　Responsible for analyzing and repairing defective products

　　Assist the R&D department in completing the testing of new products

　　Daily maintenance and testing equipment

　　New product introduction: assembly, tools, working instruction, training to workshop

　　Assure the process stable and efficient for assembly production, including assembly, testing and packaging

　　Set up and maintain the routing in ERP system

　　Bachelor degree or above in photoelectricity, mechanical or related

　　At least 2 years related working experience, know well assembly process, tools and fixture

　　Technician and RMA Coordinator

　　(Location Changzhou)

　　Your Tasks

　　Overall Responsibility for ACS RMA center in PI Changzhou

　　Debugging ACS products and sub-assemblies that return from the field and identify the failures

　　Programming software and testing the units after repair

　　Providing instructions for repairing (repairing soldering, replacing components etc.)

　　Responsibility for inventory management according to safety stock method (packing material, electronic components etc.)

　　Coordinating activities with the main RMA center at ACS LTD:

　　RMA technician

　　RMA logistics and commercial coordination with customers

　　Customer support team. Being the RMA technical point of contact for customers’ questions and providing RMA technical reports as per ACS procedure

　　Implementing changes in testing tools and masters’ cards according to ACS procedures (new software downloading, ECO’s)

　　Supporting PI employees’ work needs that are part of the RMA activity

　　Your Profile

　　Degree in Electrical Engineering

　　5 years or more experience in debugging complicated electronics modules (component level – “D” level)

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Very Good English – written and verbal

　　(ability to manage efficient E-mail correspondence in English, Video, and telephone conversions)

　　Self-management ability

　　Management experience – advantage

　　Good communication skills

　　High level and familiarity and capabilities with computing environment and tools (ERP systems, office)

　　Responsible for mechanical design for high accuracy motion system

　　Optimize current products, upgrade design, and implement in manufacturing

　　Review/make customer requirements, discuss with customer to define system specifications

　　Your Profile

　　Master degree or above in engineering, mechanics or automation

　　Be familiar with mechanisms, milling processing, GD&T. With fine mechanics experience is a plus

　　Be familiar with SolidWorks, Auto CAD

　　Fluent spoken and written English

　　Knowledge in linear motor, guider, encoder

　　Electrical Designer

　　(Location ChangZhou)

　　Your Tasks

　　Documenting the customer process and propose electrical and motion control solutions based on PI products

　　Designing and adapting control systems (PLC, Motion programming) to match the customer requirements

　　Documenting the designed solution from electrical design to real system, set-up configuration, PID tuning and so on

　　Your Profile

　　Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Master degree will be better;

　　Fluent (spoken & written) in English

　　Min. 2 years professional experience in electrical controls design and programming

　　Knowledge of kinds of motor, Motion control theory, PID tuning, drive;

　　Familiar with electrical design software like AutoCAD, EPLAN

　　Host programming experience is preferred like C#, C++
